Hatch Realty Named #43 Real Estate Team in the Nation

by | Jul 9, 2018

The Erik Hatch Team of Hatch Realty was named one of America’s most productive teams as a part of Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents.  The newly issued report by Real Trends and sponsored by the Zillow Group ranked The Erik Hatch Team number one in the state of North Dakota and number 43 in the entire country for number of transactions.

Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents ranks real estate professionals solely based on their excellence in the industry during the 2017 calendar year.  This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than one percent of all real estate agents and teams in the entire country.  The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) reported there are about 2 million active real estate licensees in the United States.

To qualify for inclusion, a real estate team must have had at least 75 transactions or $30 million in closed sales volume.  All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party in order to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

“This is our fourth year making this list and it still feels like our first,” says Erik Hatch, owner of Hatch Realty, said.  “It’s completely an honor to be acknowledged for doing cool things and good business in the community you call home.”

“We’re growing and paving the way for real estate done differently,” continued Hatch.  “Every year that we make this list is very special and it excites us to think about what the future holds for our team and how we’re a part of our community.”
