Jessica grew up in Battle Lake, MN, where she graduated in a class of 44 students. She enjoyed growing up in a small town because everyone was like family. After high school Jessica went to the community college in Fergus Falls and after that to Moorhead State University. She graduated with a degree in Social Studies.
Jessica has 2 fabulous kids, Elodie and Julien and a wonderful husband, Olivier. Olivier is from France so he is trying to speak only in French to their children so the whole family will learn to speak French. Their family travels to France at least every other year where Olivier’s mom still lives but have yet to make the big trip to Brisbane, Australia where his father lives.
Jessica love, love, loves to cook. She enjoys the process of researching what she is going to make and how best to make it. She loves to grocery shop for the meal, but the prep work of cutting up veggies and planning out the details of the recipe are probably her favorite. Jessica loves to spend time with her family and friends, as well as eating good food and trying new restaurants.
“My WHY is my family. My children are the most important thing in my life and I strive every day to set a good example for them. To be kind, generous, gentle and trustworthy are just some of the values I want my children to have. I also want them to see that hard work, dedication and generosity will help us grow and bring joy to our lives.”
