Char Riedlinger

Char was born and raised in the Fargo area (which makes her an incredible source of insight and knowledge for those in her community!). She previously worked at Case New Holland for 18+ years. The thing that attracted her to real estate was watching the joy on first-time home buyers’ faces when they found their home – it’s magical.

She has been married to her husband, Shane, for 15 years and together they have 4 kids that they adore. Char enjoys watching all sports and her daily hobby is reading. She is always wanting to learn whether through a good book, a deep conversation or doing her own research.

Her WHY: “Some people will go through a time in their life when they are very unsure and feel as though they can’t do or achieve certain things, possibly because of what’s been modeled for them or their circumstances. I believe that if you just have one person to believe in you or help you believe in yourself, things will fall into place. I want to be that person for others because someone believed in me once and it changed my life. As people, we are more alike than different and I want to get to know people so that I can prove that to be true.”
