Kirsten Herman

Kirsten Herman was born in the small town of Aitkin, MN before moving to Grand Forks, ND where she spent most of her childhood years. At the beginning of her high school years, her family picked up and moved to Walla Walla, WA before eventually ending up in Fargo-Moorhead.

Kirsten attended Concordia College in Moorhead where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Communication. She then joined Hatch right after college graduation and loves being a part of the Hatch family. Her passion for serving others, her joyful spirit and kind heart have flourished in her time with the company.

When asked what drives her passion, Kirsten responded in a way that perfectly displays her heart for others: “In the wise words of Albert Einstein, ‘Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.’ If I succeed at nothing else in this life, let it be that I loved and served others well. My faith is at the core of what drives this passion to love and serve others and it gives me strength to pursue my goals. If I can make even the smallest positive impact in the life of a client, coworker, or fellow agent each day through my work then that was a successful day!”

Kirsten is married to her husband, Mason, and is mom to three adorable little girls. In a rare but precious moment of free time, she enjoys being active outdoors, reading a good book, and quality conversations with friends over coffee!
