Shelly Fink

Shelly was raised in Rutland, ND, on a farm surrounded by animals, family and friends – her happy place. After high school, she enlisted into the ND Air National Guard, serving part-time as she attended North Dakota State University (NDSU) for Agriculture Education. During her senior year of college, she was offered a full-time recruiting position with the Air Guard which turned out to be her dream career! Shelly was a recruiter with the Air Guard for 8 years before joining Hatch as the Director of Growth. She continues to serve in the Air Guard as a Public Affairs Officer but her desire for something “new” has, luckily for us, brought her to Hatch and she looks forward to learning and growing in her role.

She is married to her husband, Zack. They love spending time on their farm with the horses, calves, cats and dog! Some of her spare time activities include cowboy mounted shooting, camping, photography and art.
