Tye Kjellberg

Tye Kjellberg has been a member of The Erik Hatch Team since January of 2016.

He grew up in New Ulm, Minnesota and made his way North to Moorhead to attend Concordia College, following in both his parents’ footsteps. Concordia served as a wonderful avenue to better understand the human condition, and learn about himself in the process.

His passion for music continues to this day! He serves on the Board of Directors for the Fargo-Moorhead Choral Artists and enjoys singing in weddings, barbershop quartets, playing the piano, and the occasional karaoke.

He finds himself in the relative minority as a Gopher fan in North Dakota, but that doesn’t deter him one bit. He is an avid golfer, and loves few things more than spending time with friends on the golf course.

Tye’s family has a lake cabin on Two Inlets lake where he loves to spend as much time as possible. The Kjellberg family has been on that lake for over 90 years, and it is a tradition he holds near and dear to his heart. Family is incredibly important to Tye, and the lake is a part of the family.

Tye has many passions, but none greater than the love for his wife, Kristen, and his dog, Pam. Tye and Kristen have lived in Fargo for over 10 years, and have loved the community that Fargo has. The people here are amazing, and that’s what draws everyone in!

People provide so much energy to Tye, and he has realized his heart lies in serving others as much as possible. He considers himself an “investment protector” more than a “Realtor.” His job is to make sure you’re spending your money wisely, while also finding you the perfect property. His experience in the real estate industry has taught him that everyone deserves to be cared for when navigating a confusing process, and he cares about every single of his clients.
