Tyler Heins

Tyler Heins is from the Twin Cities where he grew up in the suburb of White Bear Lake, MN. He graduated from Concordia College in 2012 with a communications degree. Following graduation, Tyler worked for Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) – a nonprofit organization – in a variety of locations including the Fargo/Moorhead area, Eastern Europe and Bismarck. Tyler loves to travel and explore the world. He has personal goals of traveling to all seven continents and going to all fifty states.

After deciding to settle in Fargo, Tyler was drawn to the Hatch team due to the supportive and collaborative environment that the team demonstrates inside the office as well as the positive impact they have in the community. So in June of 2015, Tyler joined the Hatch team, and has been a bright spark of energy and joy ever since.

Just after joining the Hatch Team, Tyler married his sweet wife Nicole in September of 2015. Whenever they get the chance, Tyler and Nicole love to enjoy the cabin life and lake culture that Northern Minnesota has to offer with skiing, fishing, wake-boarding, wake surfing, tubing, you name it! In the winter, Tyler enjoys playing pickup hockey and skiing. They now have 3 sweet boys added to the mix!

Tyler is passionate about people and seeing them experience life and live to the fullest. He loves to connect with and empower the people around him. He has a heart to experience community through deep, meaningful relationships. His compassionate heart and desire to serve and care for others, combined with his drive and zeal for life, make him a blessing to every person he meets.
