Hatch Realty’s Tyler Lindell, a Realtor® servicing the Fargo-Moorhead area, has been awarded the Champion of Affordable Housing Award presented by North Dakota Finance Housing Agency (NDHFA). This accolade is given annually to one real estate agent across the entire state of North Dakota.
NDFHA is a state agency overseen by the Industrial Commission of North Dakota consisting of Governor Doug Burgum (chairman), Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring and Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem.
“North Dakota Housing Finance Agency’s Champion Awards recognize and celebrate the work of the individuals and businesses who go above and beyond to provide North Dakotans with an affordable home,” said Dave Flohr, the agency’s interim executive director/homeownership division director.

Lindell, qualified as the recipient by assisting 26 of these North Dakota families with a NDFHA purchase.
His achievements also placed him as a record-earning recipient.
“This is a new record for a Realtor® in North Dakota surpassing the last record holder by 20%,” says Erik Hatch, Owner/Broker of Hatch Realty. “Tyler’s entire team at Hatch Realty are insanely honored to have him as part of our team.”
