Raised in the heart of Jamestown, ND, Heather Mattson's journey is rooted in service and shaped by purpose. After high school, she enlisted in the North Dakota Air National Guard where she met her husband, Justin, and completed both basic and advanced military training before pursuing higher education. Heather earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work from the University of North Dakota, combining academic excellence with a heart for helping others.
Heather’s commitment to service shines through every role she’s taken on—from military member to social worker, from real estate agent to President of Hatch. Today, she leads the Hatch team with a focus on vision, culture, and growth, while continuing to serve clients with the same passion that fueled her from day one. Her leadership is defined by heart, hard work, and a fierce dedication to empowering others.
At home, Heather and Justin are raising three incredible kids—Ryleigh, Mariah, and Brady alongside their spirited German Shorthaired Pointer, Moxie. As a family, their goal is simple but profound: to live fully and give generously through shared experiences. Whether they're boating on the river, hosting game nights, or enjoying movie nights with loved ones, Heather treasures the memories made together.
She lives by a guiding belief:
“I have a desire to inspire; my passion and purpose are found in serving others.”
