Erik Hatch isn’t just selling homes – he’s building leaders and creating communities that thrive. Based in Fargo, North Dakota (where the winters are tough, but the people are tougher), Erik has crafted a career around leading leaders and fostering connection.
Sure, his real estate empire, Hatch Brokered by Real, has sold over 7,000 homes and consistently dominates the North Dakota market. The greatest successes haven't come from the homes sold, but rather the impact that's been made on the lives of the people on Erik's team.
Erik’s real passion is in the communities he’s built and nurtured.

But wait, there’s more! Erik’s philanthropic efforts have raised over $7 million globally to fight poverty and human trafficking, and locally he’s helped generate over $1 million to combat homelessness and uplift vulnerable kids in Fargo.
He’s also a two-time TED Talk speaker, author of “Play for the Person Next to You” and “The Perfect Real Estate Agent Blueprint”, and a frequent keynote for giants like Microsoft and The United Way.
At the end of the day, Erik is just a guy who loves building better humans, better businesses, and better communities. He lives in Fargo with his wife Emily and their two amazing kids, Finley and Simon – leading by example and proving that leadership isn’t just a job, it’s a lifestyle.
Taylor was born in Ventura, CA, but grew up in Fargo and graduated from Fargo North High School! She has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) - go, Dragons! She has been married to her husband, Nick, since 2014 and together they have a labradoodle, Kotah, and two sons, Beckham and Callahan. In her rare spare time, she enjoys running, cooking, and playing board games. She is the best hostess for any get-together and quality time with her family brings her a sense of purpose. Originally from the small town of Baker, Montana, Madison Durden brings a heart for service and a bright, optimistic spirit to the world of real estate. After working as a CNA, Madison realized her passion for helping others could grow into something more — leading her to earn her real estate license from the University of North Dakota. Before joining Hatch, Madison’s background in healthcare shaped her deep commitment to people. Now, she’s excited to serve her community in a new way — by helping individuals and families find the place they call home. Madison shares her life with her two beloved dogs, Raven and Sky, her boyfriend AJ, and a close-knit family including her mom Melissa, stepdad Bruce, sisters Amber and Kaitlyn, and stepbrother Bruce Jr. Outside of real estate, you’ll find Madison working out, reading, or soaking up the outdoors — from sunny walks to spontaneous adventures. She's a self-described glass-half-full kind of girl, always choosing gratitude and positivity, and believing that there’s always something to be thankful for. Her “why”? Simple: to serve others with kindness, empathy, and heart. Madison lives by the belief that “you should never judge a book by its cover”, and always strives to see the world through others’ eyes. Fun fact: Did you know dogs are scientifically considered the best companions? Madison agrees — and she’s rarely without her pups by her side. She dreams of traveling the world and getting married one day, all while continuing to grow in her career and impact lives along the way.
Isabel grew up in Southern Minnesota, she made her way to the Fargo area to earn multiple degrees at North Dakota State University which was a journey that deepened her appreciation for hard work, curiosity, and community. When she’s not helping families start their next chapter in life, you’ll find Isabel staying active, whether she’s lifting at the gym, hiking a new trail, or soaking up the sun at the lake. Her boundless energy and “hands-on” spirit translate directly into her work: no challenge is too big, no detail too small. Isabel’s “why” is simple but powerful “I want to make a difference in as many lives as possible helping them reach new goals. I want to be someone others can rely on and trust while doing anything I can to invoke lasting change in others lives.” For Isabel, there’s no better time to start than right now. Alex grew up in Alexandria, Minnesota, and stayed close to home to attend Alexandria Technical and Community College. He earned an AAS in Business Management and a certificate in Retail Management in 2025. While in school, he was active in collegiate DECA and competitive fishing, placing in regional DECA events each year and staying in the running for Angler of the Year. During his summers, Alex worked as the Lead Technician for Mosquito Joe, providing residential mosquito and tick treatments. That role sparked his interest in personal sales and customer relationships. He learned early that when you look out for people in ways that go beyond the job itself, they remember you and often return the favor with referrals. Alex comes from a close family and grew up alongside an ever-changing mix of pets including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, rabbits, fish, and even a hamster. He now lives in Fargo with his yellow lab, Macy. Outside of work, Alex spends as much time as he can hunting, fishing, and exploring Minnesota. He takes a yearly fishing trip to Sioux Narrows, Ontario, hikes often, and is working his way through all the state parks on his map. He is about 30 percent through the list. His family also has a six generation farm with the original 1900 house still standing, now tucked inside a garage his grandpa built around it. Helping others is at the core of why Alex chose real estate. The joy of handing keys to a first time buyer or watching someone step toward financial freedom through investing is what drives him each day. He looks forward to serving clients with the same care and dedication that shaped his work long before he entered the industry.
