Originally from the small town of Baker, Montana, Madison Durden brings a heart for service and a bright, optimistic spirit to the world of real estate. After working as a CNA, Madison realized her passion for helping others could grow into something more — leading her to earn her real estate license from the University of North Dakota.
Before joining Hatch, Madison’s background in healthcare shaped her deep commitment to people. Now, she’s excited to serve her community in a new way — by helping individuals and families find the place they call home.
Madison shares her life with her two beloved dogs, Raven and Sky, her boyfriend AJ, and a close-knit family including her mom Melissa, stepdad Bruce, sisters Amber and Kaitlyn, and stepbrother Bruce Jr.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find Madison working out, reading, or soaking up the outdoors — from sunny walks to spontaneous adventures. She's a self-described glass-half-full kind of girl, always choosing gratitude and positivity, and believing that there’s always something to be thankful for.
Her “why”? Simple: to serve others with kindness, empathy, and heart. Madison lives by the belief that “you should never judge a book by its cover”, and always strives to see the world through others’ eyes.
Fun fact: Did you know dogs are scientifically considered the best companions? Madison agrees — and she’s rarely without her pups by her side.
She dreams of traveling the world and getting married one day, all while continuing to grow in her career and impact lives along the way.
